Newtownabbey Business Awards 2010 At the prestigious black tie dinner held in the luxurious surroundings of The Mill, Newtownabbey,  Heather Bell of Naomi Bridal was presented with the award for Excellence in Customer Sevices (Retail Sector) 2010. The award was judged by mystery shoppers and recognises high standards from retailers and each entrant was assessed on many aspects of their service. This included staff service and product knowledge, store merchandising, in-store facilities, marketing and after sales service. Naomi Bridal significantly impressed the judges who said "staff were pleasent and helpful without being overbearing, shoppers were able to brouse in a relaxed environment in the full knowledge that expert assistance was close at hand."
